A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 4, 2019, at around 20:35, the injured Defendant: (a) carried alcohol into the guest room to the victim C (the 29 years of age), who is an employee of the same team in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu B information room; (b) however, the victim refused to complete the alcohol, and (c) led the victim by taking the victim’s left hand in hand, thereby bringing about about about about about 14 days of medical treatment to the victim; and (d) carried out salt and tensions on the left pelkes for about 14 days.

2. At around 20:50 on the same day as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) 20:50 of the said hotel No. 1, she saw the victim who was seated in a sofash; (b) she was placed on the part of the victim who was forced to do so; (c) she was placed on the part of the victim who was forced to do so; and (d) she attempted to rape the victim by dividing the victim’s body and arms into the victim’s body and arms by hand, suppressing the victim’s resistance; and (e) she was flicking the victim, but she did not commit an attempted rape by a doping that the victim ought to have a telephone.
