Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 18, 2010, at around 06:00, the Defendant discovered e white EFa vehicle owned by the victim D, which was parked in Gwangju City, before and after the knife C grandchildren, and reported that the key is posted during the examination of the car, and subsequently cut off by opening a door and driving the knife.
