A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Rape;
A. On September 1, 2013, at around 05:23, the Defendant: (a) tried to rape the victim G (33 years of age) who became aware of drinking together at the D club entrance in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) had come into the D club at night on the preceding day; and (c) had come immediately coming into the D club; (d) had the victim’s arms laid down on the concrete floor; (c) had the victim’s arms laid down on the concrete floor; and (d) attempted to get the victim’s spoty and panty; and (d) had the victim spoke, such as the victim’s noise, intending to spoke and spoke; and (e) had the victim spoke, intending to spoke and spoke, again, spoke the victim’s kne by force, thereby preventing the victim’s kne and panty into the part of the victim; and (e) had the victim’s kpan by insertinging the victim’s k.
