A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From around 18:00 on August 28, 2015 to around 22:00, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the said 115 entrance through the said 115-dong entrance where the entry of other residents into the said 115-dong entrance was restricted in order to look into the movement of the victim E (V 115-7 years old) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 115-dong-gu.

B. The Defendant violated the Credit Information Use and Protection Act: (a) confirmed the victim’s mail at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) investigated the victim’s privacy for business purposes, such as identifying the details of the order delivery; and (c) identifying the visitors at the victim’s residence.

2. Defendant B

A. A.
