Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 18, 2017, the Defendant expressed that the victim E was unable to drive a vehicle while stopping a vehicle to walk B at the front of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D on the ground that it was difficult for the victim E to drive the vehicle, and used assaulting the victim E-breath and pushing his body.

B. In the date, time, and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant made the victim F on the ground that her husband F was her husband E’s condition, and made the victim public insult by openly referring to the victim’s obsesses, such as “Chos and Chos,” etc.

2. Defendant B, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, the victim E expressed her desire to her, and committed assault to her flaps and to her flaps together with the victim’s flaps.
