Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2017, Defendant C was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon District Court's Branch on November 15, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 29, 2018.
