1. The Plaintiff and the Defendants jointly and severally, KRW 27,00,00, KRW 21,220,000 for Defendant B, KRW 42,240,00 for Defendant C, and Defendant D.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract with Defendant B to determine the construction cost of the facility works among the new construction works for the H multi-household housing located in the Namyang-si, other three parcels of land (hereinafter “instant 1”) as KRW 29,040,000, and to receive a subcontract from Defendant B.

B. On September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract with Defendant C with setting the construction cost of KRW 42,240,000 as the construction cost for the construction works among the construction works for the H multi-household housing located outside the Republic of Korea and three parcels of land (hereinafter “instant two construction works”).

C. On September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract for construction with Defendant A Co., Ltd and Defendant D with the content that the construction work among the new construction works for H multi-household housing located outside J in Nam-si and one parcel of land (hereinafter “instant third construction”) shall be KRW 21,120,000, and that the said Defendants shall be subcontracted from the said Defendants.

On September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract with Defendant A Co., Ltd and Defendant E, with the content that the construction cost of the construction works among the new construction works for the H multi-household housing located outside K and two parcels (hereinafter “instant 4 construction works”) shall be KRW 21,120,000, and that the construction cost shall be subcontracted from the said Defendants.

E. On September 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract with Defendant A Co., Ltd and Defendant F with the content that the construction work among the new construction works for the H multi-household housing located outside K and two parcels in Nam-si, Namyang-si (hereinafter “instant five construction works”) should be KRW 42,240,000 for the construction cost and that the said Defendants would be subcontracted from the said Defendants.

F. On December 20, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) between Defendant A Co., Ltd and Defendant B on December 20, 2012; and (b) determined construction cost of H multi-household construction (hereinafter “instant 6”) among the construction works for new housing located outside L in Nam-si, Namyang-si, as KRW 42,240,000; and (c) is to receive subcontracting from the said Defendants.
