A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for the crime of larceny and attempted larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and on April 13, 2013, the said judgment became final and conclusive, and the same type of criminal records is more than 10 times in addition to the present grace period.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) stolen another’s property habitually as follows.

On June 7, 2013, the Defendant stolen a box containing cosmetics equivalent to 110,00 won at the market price managed by the victim E in the above area, which was located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around June 7, 2013.

B. At around 13:00 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off a box with a table 85,000 won, which is the market price managed by the victim E, at the same place; and (b) committed a theft.

C. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on June 19, 2013, the Defendant: (b) around 73, Yeongdeungpo-dong 3, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for a bicycle with a single bicycle set of KRW 400,000 at the victim F-owned market price, which was set up therein.

On June 24, 2013, around 11:30 on June 24, 2013, at “I” store operated by the victim H located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant thefted with one cell phone with the market price of 621,500 won owned by the victim.

E. On July 17, 2013, at around 04:30 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one hand, which is equivalent to KRW 150,000, at the market price of the victim’s ownership located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J.

F. On June 29, 2013, at around 10:16, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a bicycle storage unit near the latter part of the “Seodong Youth Training Center” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) at around 73, a bicycle storage unit near the latter part of the “Seodong Youth Training Center; and (c) at the market price equivalent to KRW 160,000

2. On June 19, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) around 13:30, at the N District Unit of the Seoul Young Military Police Station, and (b) No. 1-C.

When a bicycle was stolen and arrested as an offender in the act of committing a crime, it is sentenced to punishment.
