A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 4, 2019, around 05:35, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim by making the victim B (the age 22) seated in the passenger vehicle near the Young River basin in the subway line No. 1, the subway line No. 1, Seocheon-ro, Seocheon-ro, Seocheon-ro 1, the Defendant was seated on the right side, and the Defendant was seated on the part of the victim’s right side loss, etc., and the victim was moving to the side of the bridge, and the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by forcing the victim to contact the victim’s buck.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On June 7, 2019, around 18:55, the Defendant: (a) boarded the front-time vehicle from the subway No. 1’s conference station of subway No. 196 at the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul session to the ceiling station; (b) discovered a victim’s name influor who was seated in the passenger vehicle by getting on the front-time vehicle; and (c) taken a photograph of the victim’s bridge by operating the Defendant’s Samsung galthmp-typeless camera of W mobile phone flag at the Defendant Samsung Samsung Fgalth, thereby shootinging the victim’s bridge.

C. On June 21, 2019, at around 06:09, the Defendant waiting for the front-time vehicle of the subway No. 1 located in Seocheon-ro 1, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, in order to get on the front-time vehicle, and discovered the victim’s name infinite, suffering from a short half of the form of body finites, and made five-time photographs on the part of the victim’s bridge by operating the Defendant’s gallon of Samsung Talthro, Samsung Talthro, and taking two-time photographs on the part of the victim’s bridge in the same way as that of the passenger vehicle.
