A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Defendant 1 driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.173% in a section of about 1km from the 1km to the above Ethm section from the front of the I Health Center located in Hadon-gun, Nam-do, Nam-do, Nam-do.
