1. As to attached Form 1 real estate:
A. The sales contract concluded on September 30, 2014 between Defendant A and C is KRW 34,00,000.

A) In order to enter into an entrustment agency contract with the Plaintiff and guarantee the payment of agency subsidies (lease deposits and premium) and sales of credit goods, the Plaintiff entered into a guarantee insurance contract with the Plaintiff as follows (hereinafter referred to as “Article 1 insurance contract” and “Article 2 insurance contract” in the sequences.
2) F is the E’s representative director, C is the F’s spouse, and D is the F’s leakage.

B. The Defendants’ real estate sales contract 1) Defendant A is the joint and several surety of the first insurance contract between Defendant A and C, the joint and several surety of the first insurance contract (hereinafter “first real estate”).
(2) On September 12, 2014, Defendant B entered into a sales contract on September 30, 2014, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance No. 74591, Sept. 12, 2014 with respect to the attached real estate No. 2 (hereinafter “second real estate”) between D and joint surety of the first and second insurance contracts. Defendant B entered into a sales contract on December 4, 2014, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on December 12, 2014.
C. On May 22, 2015, the Plaintiff’s payment of the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds and the Plaintiff’s Claim 1) claims for insurance proceeds under the insurance contract No. 1. On August 13, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 99 million to K. 20 million to the Plaintiff on July 30, 2015. The Plaintiff claimed insurance proceeds under the insurance contract No. 2 to the Plaintiff on July 30, 2015. The Plaintiff paid KRW 250 million to K on August 19, 2015.
