(State) A, (State), J and (State)K-related Defendants, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, T, U,V,W, X, Y, Z, and AA-related Defendants, and Defendant A established and operated (State) J as the representative director around August 2013 and actually succeeded to (State) I by having L as the representative director.

Defendant

A, around February 2016, changed the name of the representative director of J to himself/herself, and subsequently, after establishing (State) K on March 2016, A transferred (State) the existing business partners, business employees, etc. of J to K to (State) K.

L around 2012, as a member of L L L’s business, operated a film package of “AB”, and around August 2013, L lent three accounts, such as the name of the representative director of the J and one’s own name, agricultural cooperatives, new funds, and national bank accounts, to Defendant A. From August 2013 to December 20, 2016, L was in charge of (State) J and (State) K’s operations and other affairs.

M From around 2010, since around 2010, M served as a member of the business of (State) I, from around August 2013, M served as a member of the business (State)J, and from around March 2016, K took charge of business management and banner, design, name tag, and printed matter management.
