All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below’s finding the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case (excluding the acquittal portion) on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is justified.

In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or misapprehending the legal principles on admissibility.

In addition, even if examining the record, there is an illegality such as infringing on the accused’s right to defense in the litigation procedure by the court below, as alleged in the

subsection (b) of this section.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
