When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2016, at around 20:05, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.153% in the section of about 10km from the roads near the Sindong Cemetery located in Gwangju Northern-gu to the roads before the Do construction in the new harbor in Gwangju-gu.
