Defendant

A, along with D, has been operating FFF Bank on the Nam-gu E and 2 Incheon, and Defendant B is a person who has served as the head of G Co., Ltd.

1. Defendant A, at around May 2014, supplied goods equivalent to KRW 170,967,20, including the amount of KRW 301,496,00,00 for the victim Non-NF Capital Co., Ltd. and the said goods with KRW 301,49,00 for each 36 months, under the lease agreement with the said Co., Ltd. to pay KRW 6,419,80,00 for each month, under the said lease agreement.

A, in collusion with D on September 27, 2014, borrowed KRW 12.2 million from a person who was unaware of his name at the above F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F, and embezzled goods of KRW 27,92,746, which were kept in custody for the victim company, including KRW 20,00G1-760 (this body) and KRW 20, HHR320, HDHD (Monitoring) 20.

2. On September 2014, Defendant B offered HP pro rata 40G1-760 (this body) by telephone from Haman, and HHR320D HD HD HD HD HD (Monitoring) to use money from another person and consented to the disposition, and provided the said D with the contact information of “J” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I commercial building. After borrowing KRW 18 million from the said J, Defendant B embezzled HP D 400G1-760 (this body) and HR320D HDM (HDM 30,3130,198, 199 arbitrarily provided the goods kept in custody of the victim company.
