Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Of the facts charged in the indictment, the part concerning the date and time of the commission of the crime, the number of union employees to be admitted was partly corrected or revised according to the facts obtained through the examination of evidence without the procedures for changing the indictment to the extent that it does not disadvantage the Defendants’ exercise of their rights (see, e.g., the record book of each Defendant’s newspaper against Defendants A, B, C, D, and E). One “Fm” around April 8, 1990 means: (a) around the Cheongju-si-si-si-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, and (b) the H, I, J, K, M, N, P are assigned with their duties as a captain; and (c) the head of the relevant organization or other similar means of violence, which constitute an absolute force.

1. On September 2016, Defendant A: (a) knew that the aforesaid “Fm” was a criminal organization, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that he was a criminal organization, told S that he would want to take part in the Fmmb and to take part in the Fmb; (b) obtained the consent of S to the Fmbling’s officers, and (c) joined the Fm Line’s 30 members from around the above day to the Fm Line’s employees by reporting the fact to Fmbling employees and conducting personnel affairs; and (d) thereafter, Defendant A joined the Fming 30 members.
