1. Crimes with C;
A. On December 20, 2016, around 03:51, the Defendant: (a) discovered Fows in front of Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, where the vehicle door was parked without correcting; (b) reported the network around C; and (c) the Defendant opened a vehicle door and carried it into the front line of the vehicle and stolen the said vehicle by using the key of the vehicle at which C was loaded; and (d) cut off the property owned by the victims on a total of three occasions in combination with C, such as the daily list of crimes (1) in the attached Form No. 1, from that time until January 23, 2017.
B. On January 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to steals and property theft; (b) came to the I coffee shop operated by the victim H on the second floor of Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, on January 1, 2017; and (c) C reported the network around its surroundings; and (d) the Defendant: (a) opened a bend and carried out a bend door by cutting down the instant coffee window on the 2nd floor following the coffee shop; (b) however, the Defendant attempted to have the window opened and enter it into it.
