1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,464,746 as well as KRW 29,104,890 among them, from December 3, 2013 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap 1 through 7, Yangyang Agricultural Cooperatives loaned KRW 50,00,00 to the defendant on July 16, 1996, but the defendant did not repay the above loan. The defendant was 50,00,000 won of the above loan principal as of March 6, 200, and interest and interest for 21,852,000,000 won from January 26, 1998 to March 6, 200; KRW 21,852,052, total 71,852,052, 71,000 won and interest for 20,000 won and interest for 20,50,000 won and interest for 20,50,000 won and interest for 20,000 won and interest for 29,000 won and interest for 20,000 won.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff interest in arrears calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from December 3, 2013 to the date of full payment of the loan principal of KRW 53,464,746 (the loan principal of KRW 29,104,890 and interest in arrears of KRW 21,852,052) and interest in arrears of KRW 29,104,890 among the loan principal of KRW 29,100.
