Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:20, while boarding a taxi driven by D while under the influence of alcohol in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) filed a 112 report on the ground that the said D had passed a destination to DMB; (c) on the ground that: (d) the police officer F of the Seoul Central Police Station E Zone E Zone, assigned to the site; and (d) the police officer called the Seoul Central Police Station to request the Seoul Central Police Station to arbitrarily take aboard the patrol vehicle and change to the Seoul Central Police Station.

On April 23, 2014, at around 01:33, the Defendant arrived at the E zone of the Seoul Central Police Station located in Jung-gu Seoul Central Police Station, Jung-gu, Seoul. The Defendant took a bath without complying with the Defendant’s demand to see “if she has gone to a district zone without having to do so at the Jung-gu Police Station.” On the ground that the said patrolman took the Defendant’s image of her moving to the police officer by a large sound without getting out of the patrol vehicle, and used the Defendant’s hand-to-kick, with the left shoulder of the said G, on the hand of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. At around 01:35 on April 23, 2014, the Defendant, on the grounds that the Victim G, a policeman listed in paragraph (1), continues to photograph dynamic images on the street in front of the E zone as indicated in paragraph (1), and thereby, the Defendant, in the report of the foregoing D, made the victim’s public insult by openly insulting the victim with the large voice of “I am open to the front string, and inside the inside the inside the eths, am.h. amh. amh. amh. amh. amh. amh. amh. amh.”
