Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving Cone Star Car.

On September 2, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 06:50 on September 2, 2014, and continued to drive the said car to drive it on the front of an official road in front of the 120 lux in the coast of Gangwon-gu, Yangwon-gun, in order to park from the luxon to the luxian.

2. The Defendant for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) shall be around 05:0 on September 2, 2014.
