On February 21, 2017, around 15:50, the Defendant driven a low XG car from around 2km to the front road of the same Eup, 19, located in the 90-20-ro, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 34 Do, to the 19th road of the same Eup/Myeonpo-si, without a driver’s license.
