The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of free conviction due to violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on indirect principal offenders, court-oriented principle, and direct deliberation principle, presumption of innocence, and principle of trial on evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
