A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around November 2014, the Defendant supplied food materials to a restaurant operated by D, the mother of the victim C (n, 22 years of age) and became aware of the fact that D had been born from the same high school, and the Defendant became aware of the fact that D had been born from the same high school. In the process, the Defendant became aware of D’s son’s son’s son.
