1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,00,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who engages in the business of arranging sexual traffic with the trade name "D" from the 3th floor of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and the defendant B is an employee of the above business establishment.

1. Defendant A: (a) at the foregoing establishment from March 19, 2013 to May 13, 2013; (b) at approximately 50 square meters of the size of approximately 50 square meters, Defendant A installed a shower facility, a simplified bed, and a red bed and operated a commercial sex business establishment; (c) employed a female female E and F and found in the said establishment for commercial sex acts against unspecified male customers; (d) with the sexual flag of customers, the EF had the individual male customers interested in the said establishment or embling the sexual flag, and (e) had the individual male customers b5,00 won per customer, who received KRW 45,00 per customer, and gave 25,000 among them to E and F.

Accordingly, Defendant A engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

The Defendants conspired with the Defendants on May 14, 2013, and Defendant A installed a shower facility, a simplified erosion, and a red lighting in the area of about 50 square meters, and operated a commercial sex business establishment by installing 7 square meters in a size of 2 square meters where commercial sex acts can be conducted, employing E and F which are women engaged in commercial sex acts and allowing them to engage in a similar act against unspecified male customers who find in the said business establishment, under the customer’s sexual organ, E, F, under the customer’s sexual organ, 45,00 won per customer, and upon receiving 45,000 won per customer and 25,000 won per customer, and Defendant B provided information on the price, etc., if the customer was found in a Kakter while working as an employee.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.
