Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 10, 2017, at around 14:20, the Defendant was arguing with C as a matter of the change of the vehicle line at the 203rd direction of the luminous river in Busan, the Defendant: (a) taken the Defendant’s car number on a mobile phone; (b) taken the victim’s cell phone number on a mobile phone; (c) taken the victim’s cell phone number on a cell phone; and (d) took the victim’s cell phone number on a hand, and pushed the victim’s shoulder on several occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. In the case where at around 14:40 days from the same day as paragraph (1) 1, four persons, such as the above C, etc., are heard by the victim as the victim D’s partner at the same place, the Defendant “ females should do so boldly from the inside of the mouth.”

After the arrival of four persons, such as the Inspector F, etc. belonging to the Busan Coastal Police Station E District, after receiving a report of 112 that the driver is disputing, the victim refers to the victim with a large sound, "Ig, Ig for the same year, weather year, women anywhere, Ig for the vehicle, Ig for brea at the house, and Ig for the woman at the house."

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
