On November 1, 2020, at around 00:40, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km in front of the viewing road of water sources, which is located in the same Gu as the water source, from the water source c apartment at the center around Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the water source level of 0.20% of blood alcohol level.
