around 10:30 on December 8, 2014, the Defendant of “2015 Highest 1041” used LYFIS car equivalent to KRW 10 million at the victim’s market price for one day at the victim’s LYFI car office located in the Nomdong-dong at Jeju Island, and leased the said car.
