A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a registered director of the “stock company C” that produces and sells eco-friendly dancing households for children, and the actual management owner of the said company who exercises overall control over direct sales within the national home flus, using the brand B, Pakistan.

The Defendant recruited an agent with mind to convert the direct sales store of the C into the agency.

1.On April 30, 2012, the Defendant displayed the gross sales data from December 2, 2011 to March 2012 of the home flusium B store B, which was found to have been to conclude an agency contract, to the victim D (hereinafter referred to as 44 years of age) who was found to enter into the agency contract at the office of Pakistan, from the end of April 30, 201, and “64 million won was sold for two days due to open launch during the period of December 2011, and 46 million won was sold on January 2012, 2000 won, 28 million won was sold on February 301, 2012, 2500 won to the victim, 25 million won was sold on March 3, 2012 to the end of February 2012, 2000 to the end of February 16, 2012.”
