A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:50 on January 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s camping room operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) took advantage of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (c) took advantage of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was used, the Defendant stolen one door, one of which includes the victim’s blick wall, one 50,000 won, one copy of 50,00 won, and 5,400 won, one of which is owned by the victim.

2. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. From December 2016 to January 1, 2017, the Defendant went to the police station without following prescribed procedures, such as acquiring a new card owned by the victim, which was destroyed by the loss of the victim E, and returning it to the victim.

B. On January 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obtained 10,00 won 50,000 won 2,10,000 won 10,000 won 10,000 won 10,000 won 10,000 won 10,000 won 10, credit card holders 2, etc., and returned to the victim, etc., in a tent market located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (b) carried it without following prescribed procedures.

On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) 10,00 won, 6, resident registration certificates, physical card 2, and JYP Entertainment submission documents, etc., owned by the victim, which were destroyed by the loss of the victim I, and (b) 10,00 won owned by the victim; (c) 1,000 won, which were destroyed by the loss of the victim I, went to the Defendant without going through prescribed procedures, and returned to the victim.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the assets that have been separated from the occupation of the victims three times.
