Defendant

A is a person who operates a 'E' restaurant in 'E' in 'Y in Ysan-gu, Jeonju-si, and Defendant B is a foreigner of Chinese nationality who works as an employee from June 20, 2015 in the above restaurant.

1. On June 22, 2015, Defendant B: (a) around 13:00, at the “E’s restaurant located in Yansan-gu, Yansan-si; (b) the victim’s end up his restaurant; and (c) the victim’s end up his restaurant; and (d) the victim’s end up his restaurant; (c) made it defective; and (d) made it possible for the victim to drink the restaurant; and (d) made it possible for the victim to take care of the goods dangerous to the kitchen located in the main room; and (e) put the victim’s G, an employee of the Defendant’s body, who was in the body of the Defendant, puts the above transition to the victim’s body, requiring approximately 3 weeks medical treatment; and (e) put the victim’s clothes in need of approximately 3 weeks medical treatment; and (e) put the victim’s arms to the victim’s body, who is in need of approximately 2 weeks medical treatment.

2. Defendant A: (a) at the above date, at the above time and place; (b) on the ground that the victim B is frighting with F, has a dispute with F; (c) the victim’s chests were frighted in drinking; (d) G fighting with both arms was frightening the victim’s face and body; (e) the victim’s face was frighted in drinking with his head; and (e) the victim’s face was frighted up to four times with G, while walking up to the floor, the victim sustained approximately three weeks of treatment, such as a bridge, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
