1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 7,103,135 and Defendant B with respect thereto from January 14, 2015, and Defendant C.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”).

A) On April 26, 2013, when Defendant C sells clothes in the name of “F” in the name of “F” at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Plaintiff is an interim management contract that manages the sales business of Defendant C (hereinafter “instant interim management contract”).

Article 15 (Effective Period) The contract term of this Agreement shall be one year from the date of conclusion of the contract, and the contract term shall be deemed to have been automatically extended unless the termination of the contract is notified.

Article 16 (Aggravated Harmony) (1) When the plaintiff and the defendant are cancelled during the term of validity, it shall be notified at least two months before the cancellation. The sale by sale (payment) in Article 19 (Payment of Fees).
