Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DF rocketing car.

On October 24, 2016, at around 15:14, the Defendant tried to make a left-hand turn to the left-hand turn at the seat of the police box located in the 227-lane in front of the three-lane distance from the National Bank of Korea, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
