2. 상해 피고인은 2015. 1. 10. 16:00경 전남 강진군 마량 4길 11에 있는 효나루재가복지센터 앞 노상에서 쭈그려 앉아 버스를 기다리고 있는 피해자 F(여, 75세)에게 아무런 이유 없이 “왜 이렇게 쭈그려 앉아 있냐, 이 씹할년아, 너는 뭐여”라고 욕설을 하면서 피해자를 양손으로 밀어 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, 계속하여 바닥에 넘어져 있는 피해자의 허리 부위를 발로 3-4회 차는 등 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 안면 부위 찰과상 등을 가하였다.
