A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

From July 2015, the Defendant, along with D, was in charge of the purchase of the domain name of the site, server sirens, and publicity on the website. The Defendant was arrested on September 21, 2016 as D, and operated the advertising site in a way that he/she continuously opened a new site to run obscene materials, and continuously up with D’s ID and visa, which was used at the time of operating the obscene material site. On October 2016, D used the advertisement in a manner that he/she received advertising expenses after posting an advertisement, such as gambling site, and posted it on the said site.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) operated the said “E” site in a manner that collects advertising fees from July 2015 to September 21, 2016, while operating the said “E” site on August 10, 2015.

As the title "Iblue Li", a person clearly recognizable that he/she is a child or juvenile appeared and up to 35 obscene materials for children and juveniles were posted from around that time to April 17, 2016, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 35, such as the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant openly displayed child or juvenile pornography for profit-making purposes.

2. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Distribution of obscenity);

A. The Defendant of the site “E”, along with the foregoing D from July 2015 to September 21, 2016, operated the said “E” site independently from September 21, 2016 to December 21, 2016, posted an obscene photograph called “heat” on the bulletin board of the above site’s “domestic photograph” in order to create advertising expenses, as well as from around July 5, 2015 to around December 21, 2016, 11,908, i.e., the list of crimes (2) as shown in attached Table 11,908.
