A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor on the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc. at the Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Griju prison on January 17, 2016.
