1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 25,300,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from August 18, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

The portion in this case recognized the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 18, 2015 to September 30, 2015, which is obviously a day following the day on which the duplicate of the complaint in this case was served to the Defendants, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and is dismissed.
