Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. If it is intended to import goods from a foreign country in the evasion of customs duties, the name, standard, quantity, price, etc. of the goods shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office and shall not make a false declaration on the customs duty rate, etc.
