A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on April 18, 2019, the Defendant: (b) divided the first race into the house that appears to be an abandoned house; and (c) carried the first race into the house that appears to be an abandoned house; and (d) attempted to steal the goods.

In order for the Defendant to intrude into the above Blet building and divide the first class of the fifth floor through stairs, and to intrude into the above house, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim’s misunderstanding as the kitchen window of the kitchen under the above C; (b) cut the above victim by using a hacksaw that he was holding the kitchen window of the kitchen under the above C; and (c) cut by using a hacksaw that he was holding the kitchen window; and (d) went away, and (e) went away.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victim and damaged the property owned by the victim.

2. Around May 5, 2019, the Defendant cut by using a hacksaw, which was prepared in advance for the window security windows on the first floor of the victim G located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, and then opened a window and intrudes the residence, and stolen the 18k gold hacks equivalent to KRW 500,000 in an amount of KRW 1,000 in the market price owned by the victim located in his/her house, which was in his/her own in his/her house, at 1,00, the market price of KRW 200,000 in an amount of KRW 1,50 in the market price, and 20,000 in the amount of KRW 1,00 in the market price of KRW 50,00 in the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the door at night and invadedd the residence of the victim and stolen the property.
