The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the husband of E, who is the lessor of the D Apartment 103 Dong 701, Leecheon-si, and the defendant B is a person who has decided to purchase the above apartment, and the victim F is the lessee of the above apartment.
1. At around 14:05 on April 22, 2014, the Defendants’ co-principal Defendants found the above hospital, such as I (the suspension of indictment on the same day) a real estate broker, on the ground that the expiration date of the lease contract of the above apartment is different from that of the victim’s “H dental clinic” in the operation of the victim located in Ischeon-si G, Leecheon-si, for the reason that the victim did not respond to whether or not the director of the said apartment, and Defendant A was the victim before the hospital was received. Defendant B was called as the “non-fringing the house” to the victim before the hospital was received. Defendant B was called as the “fringing the house” to the hospital room, and avoided the disturbance at the hospital over about 10 minutes.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the victim's hospital care services by force.
2. No one shall allow any person to reach another person repeatedly in the form of code, words, sound, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network;
Nevertheless, at around 23:32 on March 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) used the Defendant’s mobile phone to use the victim’s mobile phone for the purpose of paragraph (1) while making an unexpected appraisal for the same reason; and (b) used the Defendant’s mobile phone to use the victim’s mobile phone; (c) it is difficult to see that the Defendant lost the victim’s mobile phone; and (d) there is a lot of difficulties in hidingly or bad views; and (e) it is difficult to see that the Defendant was trying to suppose the hospital in order to supper down. The Defendant was present at the hospital. The Defendant sent a text message with the content that “I will am supper down on the last page of May 15, 2014,” and by this method, sent it throughout eight times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes until 10:35, May 15, 2014.
