The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Sexual assault against the defendant for 80 hours.

In light of the gist of the grounds for appeal by the defense counsel (unfair sentencing) that the defendant recognized the mistake of the defendant, committed each of the crimes of this case by contingency while under the influence of alcohol, expressed that the victim D does not want the punishment of the defendant, and that the wife who was under his/her influence wishes to rear his/her father together with the defendant and complaining of the defendant's prior action against the defendant, it is unfair that the court below's sentence ordering the defendant to complete the program of sexual assault treatment for eight months and eight hours is too unreasonable.

Judgment

In full view of the following facts: (a) the Defendant recognized a mistake; (b) the Defendant committed each of the instant offenses by contingency; (c) the victim D expressed in the lower court that he/she does not want the Defendant’s punishment; (d) the victim F expressed in the trial that he/she would not want the Defendant’s punishment; (c) the Defendant did not have any record of being punished for the same kind of offense; and (d) the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, environment, family relationship, motive and circumstance of the offense; and (e) all of the sentencing conditions indicated in the instant records and arguments, such as the circumstances after the offense, etc., the lower court’s punishment is without merit and thus,
