A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 25, 2018, at around 14:25, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by driving a e-mail truck in the amount of KRW 7.70,00,00, at the market price of the victim CF, which is the owner of the victim CF, parked at the seat of the Agricultural Machinery Repair Station D located in Gangseo-si (Seoul).

2. Injury resulting from special obstruction of performance of official duties or damage to special public goods;

A. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, as described in paragraph (1), was able to receive a shock from the police who discovered the stolen vehicle from the F apartment in the north-gu, Mapo-si, North Korea on the same day, around 19:43 of the same day while driving the Epo-si, as described in paragraph (1).

At around 19:56 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed an attempt to keep the Defendant away from the course by the patrol vehicle No. 1 of the patrol vehicle of the H driver’s patrol police station located at the 1104 coast of the North Korea Coast Guard located at the coast of the Posi, North Korea Coast Guard; (b) in order to keep the Defendant away.

The Defendant, at the front part of the vehicle in front of the foregoing dangerous cargo vehicle, was taking part of the police patrol in front of the above patrol vehicle, and inflicted injury on the Ha (the age 51) of the said patrol vehicle on the trokes and the trokes and tensions in need of treatment for about two weeks, and on the jus and tensions of other areas of unknown details, the Defendant: (a) inflicted on the jus and tensions in need of treatment for about two weeks; and (b) damaged the jus and tensions in need of treatment for about 4,841,604 won, such as pents exchange.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of their duties concerning the suppression and investigation of crimes, thereby causing the injury of police officers, and at the same time damaging things used by public offices, thereby impairing their utility.

B. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around 20:10.
