Inasmuch as there is no counter-proof that the owner registered in the Land Survey Division of the gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion was changed by the adjudication, it is presumed that the situation was determined by the owner of the land, and the circumstances were determined. As such, E, the Plaintiff, who was registered in the Land Survey Division of each of the lands of this case, acquired each of the lands of this case in original condition, and thereafter, the ownership of each of the lands of this case was succeeded to F, G, and H in succession in succession to F, G, and H

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to execute the registration procedure for cancellation of the above registration of ownership preservation in the name of the Defendant with respect to each of the lands in this case to the Plaintiff, one of the co-owners.
