1. As to each real estate indicated in the indication of the attached real estate to the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall be the Chuncheon District Court.

The plaintiff, as the cause of the claim of this case, asserts as shown in the attached sheet, and all of the plaintiff's arguments can be acknowledged according to the evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including paper numbers) and the purport of the whole pleadings.

Therefore, on December 18, 2016, the instant sales contract was lawfully rescinded by the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to rescind.

In addition, the registration of each transfer of ownership as stated in the order of Defendant C and D according to the instant sales contract was retroactively null and void, and since the registration of establishment of a mortgage in the order of Defendant B was null and void by means of false representation, the Defendants are obliged to implement the registration procedure for cancellation of each of the above registrations to the Plaintiff. Thus, the instant claim is justified.
