Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On August 30, 2020, at around 01:21, the Defendant driven a C low-speed car with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of 0.122% while under the influence of alcohol in the section of approximately 500 meters from the roads adjacent to the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B apartment parking lot to the front road of the same Gu B apartment parking lot.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

Unfavorable circumstances: The Defendant re-driving a motor vehicle even three times, which had been punished as a drunk driving.

It is a high level of blood alcohol concentration measured.

The favorable circumstances: There is no record of the crime to be peculiar in addition to the above crime.
