1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A completed the prescriptive acquisition on September 29, 1989.

1. Basic facts

A. The circumstances of each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”).

) Nonparty E is Nonparty E’s 445 square meters (hereinafter “the first parent land of this case”) at the Busan-si, the assessment of which was conducted around July 8, 1911.

2) The land indicated in Section 2 of [Attachment List 2] (hereinafter “instant land”) is a land divided in sequence from 786 Simsan-si G-si (hereinafter “instant land”) where: (a) around July 8, 1911, the land indicated in Annex List 2 (hereinafter “instant land”) was successively divided from 786 Simsan-si (hereinafter “instant land”).

3) The land listed in [Attachment List No. 3] (hereinafter “instant third land”).

) Nonparty H, the evidence of Defendant A, was the evidence of Nonparty H around April 5, 191, and the answer I 348 square meters (hereinafter “instant third-party land”) of Busan-si (hereinafter “instant third-party land”).

(4) On April 13, 1917, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the above H’s name on the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case, and the land No. 3 of this case had not been registered before the dispute of this case arises.

B. On July 25, 191, the land of this case was designated as the land scheduled for the first-class route between Gyeongsan and the first-class route pursuant to Article 236 of the Ship General Announcement No. 236 on July 25, 1911. On November 25, 1924, the land category was changed from “finite” to “road,” and was constructed as a road around that time. The land thereafter was incorporated into the national highway No. 1 (Gyeongsung-B) under the Decree No. 956 of the Ship General Announcement No. 956 on December 1, 1938, as the Presidential Decree No. 2845 on December 27, 1966, and the general national highway No. 2571 on August 31, 1971 as the Presidential Decree No. 5771 on August 31, 197.

After that, as the Busan Urban Planning Ordinance No. 576 of September 29, 1969 was decided on September 29, 196, the said land was designated as a site for 2-4 roads among urban planning roads, and the Plaintiff succeeded to the management thereof, and the said roads were as 2-6, mid- September 6, 1973, as 1-3, mid- September 19, 1985, as 1-3, and August 3, 199.
