Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 09:00 on March 21, 2017, the Defendant requested the victim, who is a doctor, to open the sick room in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul University Hospital 72 Byung-dong, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s legitimate business by exercising force for about 30 minutes, such as where the Defendant was fested on the part of the nurse room for about 10 minutes before the victim’s mother asks the victim to speak that the victim would have neglected it and that the victim would have neglected it.
