A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Changwon District Court on one year and six months, and on September 30, 2014, in the Jinju Prison on September 30, 2014, and the same criminal record has been completed seven times more.

1. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered, around 15:35, 2015, that the victim D puts a room in the shopping car, and carried out shopping in the shopping car, and then cut off the sum of KRW 210,000,000, total of KRW 10,000,000 in the victim’s market price owned by the victim in his/her hand; and (b) cut off the sum of KRW 10,000,000 in the victim’s bank located in his/her wall; and (c) cut off the sum of KRW 10,000,00 in the victim’s bank.

In addition, the Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property on 12 occasions from January 19, 2015 to February 14:30, 2015, as shown in the annexed crime list, from January 15:35, 2015.

2. On January 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 16:39, the Defendant: (b) placed credit cards into cash withdrawal machine; and (c) used them to withdraw KRW 1,400,000 by means of cash services by entering a password into cash withdrawal machine, as shown in the [Attachment Table No. 6] 6.

On May 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, by the Changwon District Court on May 3, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jinju prison on September 30, 2014.
