Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person registered as a preliminary candidate for an E political party in the election district for the 20th National Assembly member held on April 13, 2016.

No person shall make house-to-house visits for an election campaign.

Nevertheless, the Defendant reported a press report that it is highly likely for D, F,G, and H to be determined as a constituency due to the readjustment of constituency, and made door-to-door visits to public officials of G-Gun for an election campaign, such as raising awareness of themselves, and distributing their names to public officials who visit 7 offices, such as social welfare, industrial economy, safety disasters, and agricultural income on the first floor of the main office located in the G-Gun Office located in the former North I located from 10:00 to 11:00, respectively, and agricultural income, industrial economy, safety disasters, and the second floor, and agricultural income, autonomous administration, culture, tourism, environment, and forest, respectively.
