A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 500,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2018, around 08:34, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) electric wires connected to the food pumps used by the victim go through to the warehouse of his/her house; (b) and (c) the Defendant demanded the victim and the victim to leave the lines; (d) the Defendant came to knife the victim’s left eye by nife (10cm in length) which is a dangerous object used by his/her hand to cut electric wires.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as snow boom and open wound around snow that require treatment for about three weeks.

2. Where a project owner who has violated the Building Act intends to use a building after completing the construction works for the building permitted or reported, he/she shall file an application for approval for use with the permitting authority along with a report on completion of supervision prepared by the construction supervisor and a book for completing construction works for national

On May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) completed construction of a new construction of a steel-frame structure with a floor area of 24.6 square meters and a building area of 18 square meters in Jeju-si; and (b) did not file an application with the permitting authority for approval for use on June 10, 2018; and (c) occupied the above warehouse and used it.
