Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative director of the C Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of hazardous materials construction business.

The "C Co., Ltd." established strategic alliance with D Co., Ltd., seeking the overseas sales of double tanks, and received approximately KRW 600 million from Australia on January 201, 2010, but D Co., Ltd. suffered a big loss from the wind to suspend the supply of products on or around January 201. On April 2011, 201, even if the wind loss of four on-site professional employees are accumulated to prevent them from performing their duties for several months due to traffic accidents, there was no intention or ability to pay the price therefor.

1. On November 7, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim F Office located in Gwangju-si, stating that “If he/she performs construction work in a private-use gas station, 164,032,00 won for construction work, he/she will pay to G who is a representative of the victim F Office located in Gwangju-si.”

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) had the victim from January 15, 2012 to April 15, 2012, 200; and (c) did not pay an amount equivalent to KRW 89,834,00 of the construction cost to the gas station for the private use of the astronomical and tent; and (b) did not pay an amount equivalent to KRW 89,834,00 for the gas station for the private use of the astronomical and astronomical.

2. On June 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim F office located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, the Defendant concluded a contract with D and E-RP (FRP) tank supply in the name of F and paid KRW 89,834,00 for the existing victim company with the payment of the construction cost, and paid KRW 88,00,000 for the said tank price to the victim company.”

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and let the victim enter into a contract with D for the supply of the EFRP tank around that time, and the price for supply of the product.
